2. Description of Service
- Upload vehicle-related data (plate, vehicle, driver, helper images)
- Search and view vehicle information
- Earn rewards for contributing valid vehicle data
- Access data through paid requests or limited free access
3. User Accounts
- Users must provide accurate and truthful information
- Only one account per user is permitted
- SafeBoard may suspend or terminate duplicate or fraudulent accounts
4. Wallet and Payments
- Users may fund their wallet via third-party payment providers (e.g. Paystack)
- Minimum deposit is ₦100
- Wallet funds are used to purchase requests or access services
- All payments are final and non-refundable unless required by law
- SafeBoard is not responsible for payment provider errors or delays
5. Request Usage
- Each vehicle search consumes a request
- Users receive a limited number of free daily requests
- Additional requests must be purchased using wallet balance
- Unused free requests do not accumulate
6. Rewards System
- Users may earn ₦10 for valid vehicle uploads after verification
- Additional earnings may be generated from paid requests on uploaded vehicles
- Rewards may initially be marked as pending until verification is complete
- SafeBoard reserves the right to delay, withhold, or reverse rewards
7. Verification and Data Integrity
- Uploaded data must be accurate and correspond to real-world information
- Images must match the submitted vehicle and details
- SafeBoard may use manual or automated checks
- Submissions may be rejected at any time without notice
8. Fraud and Abuse
- Uploading false, misleading, or manipulated data is prohibited
- Attempting to exploit rewards or payment systems is prohibited
- Creating multiple accounts is prohibited
Violations may result in suspension, permanent bans, forfeiture of rewards, or legal action where applicable.
9. Earnings Disclaimer
SafeBoard does not guarantee any level of earnings. Rewards depend on system usage, verification outcomes, and user activity. Earnings may change, be reduced, or be removed at any time.
10. Data Accuracy Disclaimer
SafeBoard does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of user-submitted data. Users rely on all information at their own risk.
11. Privacy and Data Usage
- Uploaded images and data may be stored and processed
- Data may be used for verification, analytics, and service improvement
- Data may be anonymized or aggregated
Users must not upload content that violates privacy laws or rights of others.
12. Intellectual Property
All platform content, systems, and branding belong to Chekwasy Businesses and may not be copied or reused without permission.
13. Limitation of Liability
- SafeBoard is not responsible for incorrect or misleading data
- SafeBoard is not liable for losses, damages, or decisions based on platform data
- SafeBoard is not liable for payment processing failures from third-party providers
14. Account Suspension and Termination
SafeBoard may suspend or terminate accounts, remove content, or restrict access at its sole discretion.
15. Modifications to Terms
SafeBoard may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
